Who we are

The Baltimore Region Allante Owner’s Group’s mission is to promote the ownership and appreciation of the Cadillac Allante, the special, Italian designed and produced, limited production automobile from Cadillac. The Baltimore group is a Regional owners group whose members support both National Allante groups, the Cadillac Allante Club on the east coast, and the Allante Club of America on the west coast. The Baltimore Allante group serves members in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C and southern Pennsylvania with local events, problem solving and sharing of information.

The Baltimore Region Allante Owners Group was organized in the fall of 2002. The purpose of this website is to help owners find information regarding parts and service, help in solving problems and sharing knowledge about the Cadillac Allante. The website also serves as a billboard to communicate with current and future members concerning regional and national club events.

It's interesting to note that of the original 20,000 Allante's built over the seven year production run, there are still thousands of these cars on the road today, many in showroom condition with low mileage. It's important to have an organiztion, both at the national and local levels to provide support for your Allante! Keep in mind that the Allante was the flagship automobile for Cadillac from 1987 to 1993, and has been Cadillac's platform for state of the art technology developments. Think of what we take for granted today: the fabulous Northstar engine, four-wheel Anti-Lock Brakes, Traction Control, Speed Sensitive Steering, and Road Sensing Suspension, all of these advances were "firsts" for Cadillac or major refinements.

National Allante Groups

At the end of 2003, the two existing national Allante organizations, the AAG and the AOA, were dissolved and two new national organizations were created:

  • Cadillac Allante Club This club, headed by John Monzo, who has many years of experience with Allante’s, was started in May of 2004. John’s vision is to create a National group, based in Turnersville, New Jersey, which will actively coordinate social events on a national basis, as well as providing a technical forum and bulletin board through the Cadillac Allante Club paid website and an East coast repair facility in New Jersey for Allante members.

For additional information and membership signup to this national club, contact

    John Monzo, CAC President at (856) 582 – 9243

    or email to

    itsonlyluv@comcast.net

or visit the Cadillac Allante Club website at www.cadillacallanteclub.com.

  • Allante Club of America This club was created after the Allante Owners Group of America and the Allante Appreciation Groups dissolved in 2003. The ACA began operations in June of 2004 by Tom Rohner and Scott Cabral from the San Diego Allante Group. The ACA’s goal is to “enhance the appreciation, value and ownership experience of the Cadillac Allante. The ACA will be starting quarterly newsletters to replace the “Allante Avenues” and “Allante World” publications previously issued by the AOA and AAG, respectively. The ACA is also committed to maintaining the AllanteNet bulletin board and the Allante Library. The ACA is based in Del Mar, California.

For additional information and membership sign up to this national club, contact

Tom Rohner at 1-888-ALLANTE                Scott Cabral at (858) 259-1414

    or email to

    trohner@san.rr.com                                    scott.cabral@mindspring.com

or visit the Allante Club of America website at www.allante.com

Our recommendation is to join both national organizations, since they provide invaluable information and resources that will ensure your Allante ownership experience will be an exiting one. In addition, having these resources available takes some of the “mystery” out of Allante ownership.
